You may not be eligible for the Gold Standard Program if:

• You are participating in another cashback or real estate benefit program.
• You are using another real estate relocation program.
• You have contacted an agent/Realtor prior to enrolling in the program.
• You have committed to a real estate firm through a listing agreement, buyer broker agreement, or a ratified sales contract.
• Your state does not permit real estate rebates (restrictions apply in AK, AL, IA, KS, MO, MS, OK, OR, TN).

Cashback Details

Cashback is available only on transactions of $100,000 or more with a minimum commission of 2%.

Cashback will be issued by check within 21 days of the closing date.
