2012: Expanding to Serve You Better
2013-2015: A World Leader in Real Estate
CENTURY 21 Affiliated was named #1 in the World for units sold, cementing its position as a top-performing real estate brand. With the continued vision of the Leadership Team, the company expanded its footprint into Northern Indiana, while continuing to grow in the Chicagoland market.
2017: A Record-Breaking Milestone
For the first time in CENTURY 21Ⓡ history, CENTURY 21 Affiliated reached the remarkable achievement of being #1 in both AGC (Adjusted Gross Commission) and units sold for two consecutive years. This historic milestone, combined with a fourth consecutive year of #1 for units sold, set the stage for continued success. The company also expanded into Florida with new offices along both the Atlantic and Gulf Coasts. Additionally, the acquisition of Affinity Title Services, a 20-year-old Chicago-based title company, further solidified the company’s commitment to offering full-service support to its agents.
2018: Diversifying Our Services
The Leadership Team launched a new venture, Skylight Insurance, a property and casualty insurance company that would offer additional services to real estate clients and agents.
2021: Expanding Across Three States
CENTURY 21 Circle partners acquired all offices in Illinois, Indiana, and Florida, continuing to operate under the CENTURY 21 Affiliated name. During this time, Affinity Title Services merged with Acuity Title, expanding the company’s title services across its footprint and ensuring that clients received seamless support throughout their real estate journey.
2022: Growing Stronger
The company continued to grow, expanding through partnerships and the addition of new offices in Illinois, Indiana, and Florida. By the end of 2022, CENTURY 21 Circle had reached 50 real estate offices and 20 Acuity Title offices.
2023: A New Vision with CEO Melissa Archer-Wirtz
